Centrifuge Repair

We offer a full-service facility geared towards preventative maintenance for all types of centrifuge equipment. Gulf Coast Centrifuge has the experience and technology which enables us to remanufacture units and restore them to OEM Specifications.

All parts are checked with strict quality control guidelines to assure proper
clearance and tolerances. All rotating components are balanced to ATI specifications. All of these procedures provide you with the assurance of long running time and assures that your next repair can be more cost-effective.

Once the centrifuge reaches our repair center it will be disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. Then we will inspect the unit and provide you with an accurate quote. Our quotes are so accurate that the price quoted is the final price that will be charged. This alleviates many of the extra charges that some repair facilities often surprise their customers with after the job has been completed.
